These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at www.debruh.com (the "Site"), and the products and services we offer (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. About Debruh

Debruh provides high-quality, handcrafted press-on nails. Our products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorised resale or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

2. Shipping & Delivery

All orders have a 2-5 day processing time

UK Delivery is free and aims for 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

At the moment, we only ship in the UK although international delivery will be available soon! Watch this space

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and customisation of our products, Debruh does not accept returns or exchanges.

All press ons are posted in robust boxes and in padded envelopes and so debruh i not responsible for any damage caused by the negligence of the delivery service.

If any orders are lost in delivery, please contact the courier for remediation.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at deborahokyere@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.

4. Product Information

We do our best to represent product colours and styles accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or slight design updates. As all press ons are hand made, certain designs may differ slightly from the photos on our site, particularly marble and 3D designs. Despite this, all nails will be made as accurately as possible.

Nail Lengths may vary by a few millimetres due to cutting and filling.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Debruh Site, including product designs, logos, graphics, text, and images, is the exclusive property of Debruh and is protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Debruh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products. Some designs may include gems and charms and may have sharp edges. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure no charms/gems are injested. It is also the responsibility of the wearer to ensure the nails do not cause damage or injury to themselves or any third party.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Debruh and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Debruh reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site following such updates constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
